Tell us about the consignment

One set of details reaches transport, customs and insurance at once — they work from the same shipment file. Six pieces of information are usually enough for us to come back with something concrete.

What to send us

Six things, and why each one matters

01
Collection address
Determines the terminal and the domestic leg
02
Delivery address
Determines the corridor and the final leg
03
What the goods are
Drives the commodity code, and with it the document set
04
Weight and dimensions
Decides the space needed — and the CMR liability cap
05
Value of the goods
Needed for customs, and to judge whether cover makes sense
06
Anything unusual
Temperature, permits, restrictions — better known early than late

We do not publish rates. For part loads a price depends on all six of the above, and a headline figure without them would carry conditions you would only discover later.

Frequently asked questions

What do you need from me for a quote?

The collection and delivery addresses, what the goods are, their weight and dimensions, and their value. If the commodity carries any special requirement, tell us at the start — it usually brings documents with it, and documents are what stretch a transit.

Why is there no contact form on this page?

Because a form would mean collecting and storing your data on a site that currently collects nothing at all, and for a shipment enquiry it would be slower than a phone call. Email or telephone reaches the same people directly.

Do you publish rates?

No, and we would be sceptical of anyone who does for this kind of freight. A part-load price depends on weight and dimensions, where the goods are collected, the customs effort involved and what is being shipped. A published figure would be either a guess or a number with conditions attached that you find out later.

In which languages can I write to you?

English, Turkish, German or Italian.

Before you write

The transit time on your route is already published. 14 corridors, 9,990 recorded shipments, each lane with its average, its fastest and its slowest recorded case — so you can check the realistic range before you ask.
